The office itself was neat, contemporary, and highly effective, with a peaceful environment that ensured my visit was hassle-free. The most impressive aspect was the individualized service I was given. The staff went to great lengths to see that all my travel arrangements were taken care of with ease, responding to all my inquiries in detail. Despite it being peak season, they were able to attend to everyone in good time. Overall, I was extremely impressed with the professionalism and courtesy displayed by the staff at United Airlines Reykjavík office. It certainly made my travel experience easier and better.
